Shernette Reid is the current Human Resources Director at Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Previously she served as the Financial Coordinator at the facility. Shernette holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Administration and is currently a graduate student pursuing her Doctoral degree in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix.

A true leader who aims to motivate and inspire others to succeed, Shernette is a member of the Delta mu Delta Honors Society; a Facilitator with the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and holds various leadership certifications from the NSLS.

A native of Jamaica, Shernette stands by the philosophy that “the man who has confidence in himself gains the confidence of others.” Shernette enjoys nature walks, reading, cooking, dancing, music, and traveling.
