I’m Juan Ortiz, Director of Environmental services at Fishkill Center and Sapphire at Wappingers since 2014. I started my career in healthcare at 17 years old and quickly realized this is where I was meant to be. I’ve worn many hats in the last 27 years before settling into maintenance in 2006.
